You're living in the town where people don't eat, and you want comfort food - what do you do? Head to Joe's. This is good American food, and they stay open late, I think dinner 'ends' around 10pm and the 'appetizers' 11pm, but they're always pouring those strong drinks at the bar.
I love that the wait staff are wearing shirt and tie, and look like they might be the original staff from 1928.
You can eat an absurdity for $30 there - and I don't advise it. We took home at least the next days' lunch and dinner after being indecisive about appetizers, salads and entrees.
I can recommend the pretty much all the meats, Ive had them all and have always been happy.
Sorry, I can't finish this review, I have to go and get the Omaha right now.
