I brought four pairs of shoes in for repair. I called ahead and was quoted $4/pr. When I showed up the guy at the counter, the same person I had spoken to only a bit earlier, revised the price to $7 per pair. I didn't want to find another repair shop, so I agreed to be lowballed, and they promised the shoes by Monday. On Monday they were not done. Tuesday I came to find my light brown shoes re-heeled with black materials instead of matching brown materials. Wednesday, the first time I tried to wear my shoes out, the heel broke again immediately. It was not a difficult repair, just the little rubber tips on the bottom of my pumps.
