Went to this place to get my nails done, which I rarely do, so I was excited to treat myself. While I was glad to pay a lot less than in Manhattan or at Dashing Diva on Smith street, the salon was pretty grimy, with a big chunk of ceiling hanging, dirty carts, and no paper towels or anything to rest your hands on. The manicurist simply wiped my nail clippings off the table onto the floor. Yuck! Not to be rude, but I made sure to ask if the utensils were sanitized before she did my nails, and she said they were. The manicurist next to mine wasn't working on anyone, so she sat in front of the mirror and plucked gray hairs from her head. Really? Is that necessary in a nail salon? My nails look nice, but I might pay more to go elsewhere and sit in a cleaner, less chemical smelling atmosphere.
Pros: Good paint job, very inexpensive
Cons: Dirty, grungy atmosphere, reeked of chemicals
