Jimmy's Suzuki

I just bought a new car at Jimmy's Suzuki, negotiated a fair deal on a great car and I was treated with respect and courtesy which is such a rare thing at any dealer! Having spent a long time looking for a new car, I had been to a LOT of dealers in RI.. some were horrible (honda on bald hill stands out in my mind) and some were worse (everyone associated with every Balise dealership I went to are just downright liars and I believe completely void of conscience... coincidence? I think not... must be in their mission statement) At Jimmy's they listened to what I was looking for, showed me several options, all of which were within my budget without ever once even implying it was an impossible budget to work with which I had been told straight out by many other dealers.. and were willing to negotiate without ever resorting to being just plain bullies. It was, I can honestly say, a painless buying experience and I drove off with an awesome vehicle! So much better than I dreamed I could get without blowing my budget! If you're in the market for a car I would definitely recommend Jimmy's. more

This is a dealer you can trust!! I was looking for a modest priced 7-9 yr old car. My first impression was the cars on this lot are out of my price range. But during that thought process Rick came out to talk to me. He found a car that fit my needs and by the next day I was driving a great used car. However, this is not the end of the story. An issue came up with that car, one that could not be easily resolved and indicated possible future problems. But that only put The Car Store, Inc into high geer. Not only did they find me an even better car that day, but added a year warrently and a gas card for my troubles. I became a member of The Car Store family during these transaction.
