I have always gotten friendly service and delicious food. The portions are good too. The staff were so nice to me when my husband was deployed and i was a new mom for the 2nd time. I counted on Jimmy's in santee to help me out with a healthy meal and a smiling face. Thanks Jimmy's. more

Truly a family restaurant with specials everyday 1/24/2007

Most folks in Santee have been going to Jimmys for years. The facility burned down a few years back and, good for us, was completely rebuilt. The specials each day are a wonder and modest in price. This is a basic comfortable, clean place to eat. Dependable. GO HERE. more

Breakfast all day! 1/15/2006

I love going to Jimmy's any time of the day for breakfast. On the weekends through the morning and early afternoon hours it can be very busy, so you might have to wait for a table, but it's worth it. The prices are very reasonable and you get a lot of food. I love to get an omelette at Jimmy's but you can easily share it with another person, as it is enormous. The restaurant is always clean, the waitstaff are friendly. They have a huge parking lot. Stop in sometime and enjoy a yummy home-cooked type breakfast. more

Good Family Restaurant 7/14/2005

If you like restaurants like IHOP and Denny's, you need to try Jimmy's! The food is better, and the atmosphere friendlier. Prices are great too. I like Jimmy's better than the chains for that simple reason- it is not a huge nationwide chain. I don't think I have ever seen an ad for Jimmy's- I didn't even know it was there until a friend took me there for lunch one day. Now that is where I take people for lunch! more
