I have been using Jimmy's cab for years to get from my grandmother's house in towson to the train station, the airport etc...
Increasingly, the people who take the calls are curt at best, flat-out rude more often.
this morning, the woman barely spoke to us and now, after FORTY minutes of waiting for a cab, we realize she gave the driver the WRONG address. Perhaps if she had taken the time to actually listen to our address, we would not now be running almost an hour late.
if I were trying to catch a train or a flight this morning, I would have missed it.
It is totally unacceptable. When someone finally called us back to find out if they had the wrong address, he was equally as rude and just hung up on us with no explanation or apology.
So now, after, 45 minutes, we are still waiting.
