We bought our car here and it was a baaaad experience.
We bought the 500 dollar maintenance plan that covers scratches and small things like that. We also got a DVD and sunroof included. We could take the vehicle home then they will schedule the time to get the options put on.
3 times they schedueld us a day to come in, then called on that morning and had to reschedule. Eventually they got us in there. The sunroof worked great. However we test the DVD player and there are lines scrolling up and down the screen that look like power spikes. I have two young children and dont want them to have to deal with this, especially since we spent so much on the vehicle..
so we call back. Turns out the DVD player is not put in on-site, they send it to the Sales Managers brother's business to put in the DVD player. So I have to drive to his business which is an additional 30 minutes away, making it an hour drive(2.5 hours total driving time time after traffic). So I get there, wait for an hour. They replaced the DVD player with a new one and it still isnt working. The guy who originally put it in is not there. So they cant do anything tonight, I need to schedule another time to get this worked on. Wasted 3-4 hours on this trip.
So We schedule another apointment. they give us a big runaround about getting a loaner vehicle again, but we eventually get one. They call me the next day saying they cant find the problem. We go back and forth, him saying there is nothing they can find and that there must be an issue with the radio (because they ran the dvd player off the radio power). But I insisted that they need to find it because of the contract. Eventually he obliges that they will keep testing. The next day I get a call... they fixed it.
Add on to all of this the fact that our paint got a scratch, and when we tried to get it fixed throught he maintenance plan, (after spending hours calling back and forth between the dealer and the maintenance people) the accounting guy tells me we never paid for the maintenance. Our sales person says we did and he will ""follow up"". After 5 calls back and no response we just gave up and dealt with the scratch.
