Jewelry repair is NOT acceptable. We had a gold clasp replaced at the end of July this year. Now, less than three months later- October, the clasp is broken and Jewelry Warehouse will not stand by their product. The bracelet was removed from my husbands wrist twice, which means that the clasp broke with a mimimum of handling. Jewelry Warehouse believes that my husband didn't open the clasp properly, therefore, it broke, and it's not their fault - not their problem. Of course, if we would like them to replace the clasp AGAIN, they would be happy to, for a charge of $$$. We certainly have no desire to replace this clasp every two months. I believe that they use shoddy products to make repairs, and that you should think twice about having an item repaired there. My husband's bracelet fell right off his wrist. Luckily, he saw it and caught it. Hopefully nothing that you cherish will be lost because of a bad repair by Jewelry Warehouse.
