I have been using the Jewel House for over 10 years. My husband and I have never been disappointed in any purchase. For the finest personal care and jewelers who really know their customers, the Jewel House is the best. Never have we been pressured to purchase anything. I've had pieces of jewelry designed by the owner, and we took over a year to finalize the process because I am so picky about what I wear. When one of the pieces was presented, I had tears in my eyes due to its beauty and to the passion with which it was created. Awful customer service 8/6/2005

My husband and I made two big purchases here - his wedding band and a tennis bracelet for me. I had problems with the tennis bracelet falling off, so I took it in under the service plan they offered (which we paid for). They kept it for a few days to send it out to have the clasp fixed. I got it back, and had a problem with it within a week or two. I went back, and again they said they'd fix it. I got it back yet again, only to have it fall off and disappear. This was a sentimental piece given to me at our rehearsal dinner, so I was very upset. They said there was nothing I could do, even though it had only been 5 DAYS since they gave it back to me, saying it was fine. They told me that I must have been wearing it wrong (how do you do that?) They wouldn't replace it or do anything for me. They finally offered me a discount to replace the bracelet, but I found a much better jeweler to buy it from. I wouldn't recommend them for anything. The customer service is just terrible. more
