I love this store, the owners are very nice people and they have the best merchandise- from the wine, candy and the Judaic items to all of the beautiful gifts they have, I would HIGHLY recommend this store! Especially to support the business- most businesses in the area have closed down, it would devastate me if they ever had to close. SUPPORT ISRAEL! more

It's just like being in Jerusalem! 8/15/2010

I totally disagree with Chana1959. The Jerusalem Israeli Gift Shop is a wonderful haven filled with beautiful art, Judaica, and much more! They sell Mical Negrin jewelry for more reasonable prices than in other big-named stores in the U.S. Always ready with a beautiful warm smile and friendly atmosphere, owner. Rachel Gabay loves her customers and treats everyone like family. Rachel's lovely husband, Rabbi Gabay is always ready with a funny joke or an interesting story with a Jewish twist. So, visit the Jerusalem Gift shop and you will always leave with a special feeling, blessings for good health and happiness, and will walk away with added knowledge of Jewish customs. My experience proves that nothing compares to shopping with the personal touch that you'll never receive from your computer. more

Not the best place to shop 1/6/2009

I live in the neighborhood and have gone to this store twice, both times were a disappointment. They are overpriced, not very friendly unless you know them, and once, years ago, the rabbi who operates the store tried to charge me more for something than what it was supposedly selling for (this was before I lived in the area.)\r \r I've been told they will do that if they suspect you're not from the area. Better to shop online, IMO. Pros: Big selection Cons: overpriced, not friendly unless they know you more
