Jenny Craig in Plano on Park and Preston, 972-867-1174, is the best, nicest, homey-est, helpful place I have ever been to help me lose weight!! The staff is so understanding and helpful and the food is GREAT!!! I never feel like I'm ""dieting"" because I never am deprived and I get to eat the packaged meals that are really diverse and delicious and my consultant helps me to dine out and to cook meals on my own!! I would never have been able to lose over 50 lbs with out my consultant! She is so understanding (she has lost 50 lbs herself!) and she really helps me to plan my weeks and my social events in a way that really works for me and my lifestyle! She makes sure that I have a solid plan of action each week and helps me to journal my meal plan to make sure that I'm keeping track of everything I'm doing! She helps me to set exercise goals and follows up with me each week and keeps me motivated when I would have fallen off track in the past. She praises me and calls me during the week when I really need an extra push. She has offered me tools that have helped me reach my goal within 9 months!!! 50 lbs in 9 months!!! I feel like a whole new person and now am in my maintenance stage of the program! I have a maintenance calorie level and still get support from my consultant anytime I need it! Plus, just for maintaining my goal weight for a year, I get 50% of my enrollment fee back!!! I can't wait for the next few months when I get to put my ""I Did It!"" picture on the board and get my money back!!!! A great value and an AMAZING program!!! I can't imagine my life without Jenny Craig! It really isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change that has FINALLY let me live the life that I really want.
