Jeff's Car Wash

I have used Jeff's Car Wash over the years, and used to go through the automatic. However, I don't use theirs or other automatics as I wish to keep my finish free of swirl marks and fine scratches. After using the self serve and thoroughly spot free rinsing my vehicle, I left and drove down New Circle Road. When I got to my destination, I was shocked at the severe and unsightly spots all over every inch of the dark paint. It's obvious that the spot free equipment (Reverse Osmosis) is not working. I called them, and they said to bring it back, and someone would spray it again. What good will that do? Then they made excuses, like it's so hot, it dried too fast, etc. , I was told they just spent $21K on a new system. Hope they did not waste their funds. I took the vehicle home and had to detail it myself to get rid of all the spots. Would not recommend the self serve for spot free until they come to the conclusion that it does not work. and have it serviced. more

Good: absolututely nothing. Bad: They not only didn't get the car clean, they created huge scuff marks on my brand new tires. In addition, my entire front end needs realignment due to their negligence.. Improvements: They're idiots, you can't reason with people who don't care what they're doing.. Other: I highly recommend anyone who has a decent car to stay away from there. If you have a filthy junker, fine, but anything nice you better take the car somewhere else or wash it yourself. Take it to these people and they will most certainly cause you property damage, plus they'll blame it on you somehow and refuse to accept responsibility. What shamefule and dishonerable behavior they display. They need to improve or go out of business. stay away.. more

What ever they break, will not be covered. They state, and I quote.."if it is not factory bought, we don't care." However, one of my FACTORY Wheels ($254) were scruffed, and my bug deflector ($97) ordered extra from the FACTORY was ripped off scratching my hood. Not even the cost of the wash was reimbursed. Forced out floor mats without turning small plastic locking device holding the mats in place. Broke all four locking clips. Accepted no responsibility for malice. Your better off paying the $5 for the same quality wash at Mr. Sparkle down the street. more

They curbed my wheels on my new 370Z. I asked them to take responsibility and they told me to fill out and police report and take them to court. Unbelievable response, please do take your car here. Beware...I told you so. more

I have used this car wash several times but there is more to good business practices than how well they can clean your car. I had always been satisfied with the quality of their work but today they lost a customer. They damaged my vehicle and refused to accept responsibility and were very rude about it. more

Jeff's car wash does a great job on cleaning cars. The staff is professional. They tape down the wipers and anything that may be able to fall off to prevent damage to your car. The cars are hand dried and look amazing after all is said. On a clear, sunny day there will most likely be a little wait. People obviously know they do a great job. more
