Excellent care & kind staff 2/21/2020

My sister has dementia & she needed nursing care for a badly broken arm. After being at J.C. Manor for over a month, she never wanted to leave. She's happier than we've seen her in years. Everyone is so kind to her & she's not had a bad thing to say about anything since she's been there, now nearly a year. Since she was difficult to please before, we are even more impressed. Finding this place has meant the world to our family, to know she's safe & she's happy is such a blessing. Don't hesitate to consider it for a family member. Sending a big Thank You to the whole staff. more

The care has definitely went down hill. When a call light is not answered for over 2 hours that is an issue. If you are short of help then hire more or have less patients. Totally unacceptable care and will not recommend. more

great dental care 9/6/2017

This place is great. Everyone is friendly. Procedures are explained thoroughly. Best part is that when you are there they don't push you in to buying products. This was something that turned me off from previous dentist. more

Horrible Personnel - they are LAZY 9/24/2015

When a patient climbs out a window and is gone for over 4 hours and found later at Wal-Mart in the dark - where that patient walked at night over 2 miles - that's not a good nursing home. When a patient walks right by the nurses station and there's three employees behind it and the patient walks out the door - that's not a good nursing home. The employees are too lazy to do anything. I realize that nursing home employees are the worst of the worst in the medical profession and that most of them can't get a job anywhere else, but this place is horrible. more

When a nursing home has to be decided 7/28/2005

Although putting your parents or grandparents in a nursing home is never an easy decision, sometimes it is the best for all involved. When considering the idea, the cleanliness and friendliness are two of the top markers of a good home. In those two fields, you'll not find any better in the area than Jefferson City Manor. You'll always be welcome to visit your loved ones and on special occasions to have your family gathering right there. more
