Great service and freindly smile.......

Worst

I took my car in for a routine tune-up and ended up having to decline unnecessary service. The mechanic called no fewer than three times to try to get me to add expensive repairs...

Best Customer Service! 1/25/2011

Jeff Wyler took care of my sons car after it was towed in from the fridgid cold as the steering wheel would not turn. They were completely honest with me, checked the vehicle over and said it was due to the cold. While the car was there it was due for an oil change and tire rotation. They found a nail in the tire. I was not charged extra for the nail and the oil change and tire rotation was approx $40. I would highly recommend this service dealership to everyone, I was treated very well. more

Great oil change! 1/25/2011

I have gotten my oil changed here twice now and will continue to get it changed. I trust the people at Jeff Wyler a lot more than "the shop across the street." Also, I have enjoyed their amazing waiting area with wireless etc. It is more expensive, but not that much, and totally worth the piece of mind, the fast service, and the amazing waiting area. more

Good: the price is right. no appointment needed for that type of service.. Bad: N/A. Improvements: to get a car cleaning at each visit even though it is just an oil change.. Other: N/A. more

Tried to add lots of extras 8/18/2005

I took my car in for a routine tune-up and ended up having to decline unnecessary service. The mechanic called no fewer than three times to try to get me to add expensive repairs. My car was fairly new. They also did not have it ready on time, that was annoying. I was not comfortable dealing with them. more
