Worst

I took my car in for a routine tune-up and ended up having to decline unnecessary service. The mechanic called no fewer than three times to try to get me to add expensive repairs...

Always great service 4/25/2011

I have been using Jeff Wyler Honda to service my Honda for over 7 years. It is almost a 30mins from my house but I go there for their service. They are quick and detailed and I really trust them. I don't need to worry they will ask me to change things that are not necessary. more

Service for Honda Accord 4/25/2011

The service on my older model Accord consisted of an oil change, brake check, and tire rotation. The service was performed in a timely manner with no surprises and the price was reasonable. more

Though a nuisance to have to take the car in for a recall, Jeff Wyler made it painless with a shuttle driver both ways and finishing the job on schedule. more

Great Dealership 4/17/2011

I love this dealership for sales and service. I was immediately greeted when I was ready to buy my car, and the transaction was quick and totally painless. I drive about 45 minutes to have my car serviced by them as well. I always feel like my car comes out better for having made the trip. I can tell it's been serviced - unlike dealerships closer to my home. I believe in this dealership! Yolanda more

My wife and I teach in North Africa and originally wanted to buy a car in June, but with all I had been reading regarding the automobile industry, I thought we should move more quickly... try something unorthodox... so I called Jeff Wyler Honda (specifically because of their high ratings) to buy a car from overseas. From my initial call to my daughter driving the car off the lot, Jeff Wyler Honda was ready, willing, and able. I am very satisfied with the level of attention and advice I received. Best service around 4/6/2011

I had been dealing with Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain for many years with leased vehicles and maintenance on same. They are always helpful, courteous and professional. Recently I was in need of a new car due to divorce and had some financial issues. To my surprise Jeff Wyler was able to help me with financing a GREAT used car and I was not made to feel less of a human being because of my situation. I continue to take my car to them for all services needs, even the smallest like oil changes. They don't try to take advantage of me by wanting to do service or repairs that are not needed. My trust in them continues to build with each visit. more

Coil Melt 3/9/2011

Had my 2004 Honda Accord towed into Jeff Wyler and they charged me $225 to diagnose the problem. They came to the conclusion that the coil that sat on top of one of my spark plugs had melted inside the tube. They than told me that it would be $1,600 (14 hours labor, new gasket kit, new coil, oil change, coolant flush, etc) to fix and that I may need a new head which would surely push the cost over $2,000. I had the car towed to a reliable honest shop with more experienced mechanics and was quotes $275. He had it ready in three hours. Lesson learned: Never take your car to a dealership for out of warranty repairs, EVER! more

We have purchased 2 used cars at Jeff Wyler Honda within the past year. I have never before felt a desire to be loyal to one dealership, but the service we've received at Wyler Honda has convinced me that they are now my go-to dealership for any future car purchase. Dave Hallon, the dealer we worked with, bent over backwards to make the deal work for us. I couldn't be happier (and my 2 oldest daughters are loving their "new" cars). It's so refreshing to find a car dealership that puts the customer's needs first. more

Service Department at Jeff Wyler Honda - Colerain 2/6/2011

I love these guys! Service Department is through the roof ! Quick customer service as you come through the door. Courteous people, quick service and they even discounted my parts needed during my short stay. Because of this ongoing pattern (since my initial purchases in 2007), I will be purchasing another (2) Honda vehicles in the coming months. Oh yea, and I'm going to give my first two Honda's to my kids, because I love them too and expect them to follow in my foot-steps! more
