My parents purchased their wedding rings at Jay's twenty-eight years ago. I can not begin to describe the marvelous service they have received thus far. I have since purchased a diamond heart pendant necklace as well as several other necklaces at Jay???s. We would never trust anyone else to clean and refurbish our jewelry. We were very sad to see Jay and Ceilia move back to Israel, but their son Mark has since kept up Jay???s legacy. The customer service at Jay Feder???s surpasses that of any jewelry store, and the quality of their products is unrivaled. I would never look anywhere else to purchase fine quality jewelry! more

I went to Jay Feder on the advice of a friend who had recently purchased his fiance's engagement ring there. I was so nervous the first time I went there (knowing nothing about picking out a ring). Avi Bulow sat me down and gave me a primer on picking a stone. This was all we did the first couple of hours on day one. When I came back the next day I was feeling more confident about picking the right stone (just like he said I would feel). I ended up having a custom made ring with very fine engraving details made and many side and bezel set stones running down the band. It looks perfect!!! To top it off this whole process from start to finish only took 1 month (and was totally custom from start to finish)! Thumbs up to Avi Bulow and Jay Feder Jewelers!! more

I was warmly welcomed every time I called or came in to the store. The staff was always willing to take as much time with me as needed. Avi was amazing and went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with my ring. I love Jay Feder Jewelers. They are honest good people. They are genuine, not fake people as in many retail stores at the local mall. They are not pushy either. This place is amazing. At first I was your typical guy and didnt know anything about diamonds. I studied all I could before going into Jay's and lets just say was blown away by their professionalism and the amount they cared. Brenda is a saint to put up with me as I am not easily pleased. I purchased my wife's center diamond from Jay Feder, my wedding ring, and a tanzanite/diamond pendent for my wife to wear on the wedding day. The staff did a very good job of asking the right questions and showing me a good number of diamonds (also had diamonds brought in from other sources for me to view as well). I received a very good price (could not be matched by several other jewlers in the Denver area). I had a stress free and very helpful experience with everything being completed when they said it would be. They kept me appraised as to the status of the orders. My only mistake was not using them for the custom engagement & wedding ring design. I would definitely go back. We have had wonderful experiences with both Jay and his staff. Some of them are better than others, but they have taken very good care of us. You can look at my other reviews and you will notice that I wrote a scathing review of Lauren Diamonds and Gary Casey. When I no longer entrusted Gary with my money I went to Feders (not online, as he states) and we have done very well there. I warned them up front that we are tough people to please and that we would take our business elsewhere if it was necessary. However, they came highly recommended and have a long-term reputation as one of the best places in Denver. The prices are stellar for what you get in service and support. Hope this helps. I thought Jay Feder was the best jeweler I've ever worked with. Definitely get the ""diamond lesson"" from Jay. His stories are absolutely worth it. However, his staff is untrustworthy. After talking to Jay, we were passed on to another sales person. She treated us really well, however, she didn't really know what she was talking about, didn't return phone calls and acted like she just wanted to get rid of us.
