I have used this dealership in the past to purchase 2 brand new vehicles and the experience was great. Unfortunately, I cannot say this about my current situation purchasing a used vehicle from them. Ryan was my used car salesman. We contacted him from an advertisement that we had seen offering a push pull or drag special because we were still making payments on a car that we could not drive because the engine was bad. We explained several times to Ryan that we ABSOLUTELY HAD to stay within the same payment that we currently had for the broke down car and if they couldn't do that no problem. We would just wait until we were able to payoff the broken down car and come back at that time. During the whole process Ryan kept calling us to get us to agree to a higher payment in which we kept telling him no that we would just wait until the other car was paid off. Finally on the very last day of the month.... We got a call from Ryan telling us that he was able to work out a great deal giving more

I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing this review. Often the excitement of purchasing a new car influences customer’s opinions right after the purchase. I have now owned my new 2014 Chevy Silverado for almost four months. I have driven a little over 11,000 miles and believe this truck is fantastic. Before purchasing any new vehicle, I shop the local dealerships for value. This includes certainly the price, but it also includes customer service, trade in worth, and dealership integrity. Once again I found myself buying another vehicle from Jay Chevrolet (number 8 from this dealership). Tony Tori and his team have always been considerate, courteous, and straightforward. We purchased our Van from this company, The salesman was great and we got a great deal I have never been on happy. There service dept. is also good we were having a problem with the window not working right we took it in thinking we would have to make an appointment and come back but we didn't they said it had a short and fixed if for free I'll get my next car here as well. more

I stopped in to Jay Chevrolet dealership last week because my Service 4WD light came on. I tried turning of the vehicle and then turning it back on but the light was still on. The service technician got in the vehicle turned it on and the light was off. He said I should still bring it in and have them check it out - which I did today. I got there at 7:30 (no appointment) and I was driving out before 8:30. They had to replace something (not sure what). Of course it was covered under warranty since I only have 26,000 miles on the truck. By the way, they washed it for me too - and it needed it! more
