I have used these guys for trips to the SF airport many times over the last 15 years. But after terrible service the last few times, I will never use them again. This is disappointing for me to write because I had many good experiences with them until the past couple of years. The first bad experience was a couple of years ago when they picked up my family of 4, including two kids in car seats, in a hatchback car with no room at all for luggage. There was no way to fit my family and our suitcases and we had to wait about an hour for them to find another car to come get us. Another time, they picked us up late, took us on a harrowing ride and almost missed our plane. But my last experience with them took the cake! In August of 2009, one of their drivers (by the way, their drivers are generally very nice; it is the owner that is the problem) picked us up at SFO. After storing our luggage in the trunk, he realized that the trunk lid was jammed, neither closed fully nor able to open at all. He drove us to my parents' house in SF where we had planned to switch our luggage into our car and drive the remaining 2 hour jouney to our home north of SF. Unfortunately, the driver could not open the trunk and all our stuff was locked in their car. I asked the driver if this had happened to him before and he confessed that it happens a lot, that they have been having troubles with the lock on this car. I had to wonder why the company would use a car knowing that the trunk had a tendency to jam up. Probably because the company owner is too cheap to get the car repaired properly. Penny wise, pound foolish in my eyes. Anyway, the driver had to take the car and our luggage to the shop to open the trunk. Two hours later he returned with our luggage. By the time we made it back home, we were three hours behind schedule. The nice driver, however, apologized and assured us that we would, of course, not be charged for the ill-fated ride. I was surprised therefore to see the full charge appear on my credit card. This is where the story turns really ugly. I called the company to ask about my refund several times and never got a call back. Finally, I got the owner on the phone. He said that HE was annoyed that I was asking for a refund on the trip, after-all he had to pay to fix the trunk, pay the driver to to take the car to the shop, and now I wanted a refund too!! Finally, after speaking very rudely to me on the phone, he agreed that he would refund the money but said that he would no longer provide service to me! I said this was fine. Had he treated me better, I would have given his company another chance, but after being yelled at on the phone by this jerk, I no longer had any interest in using his company anyway. Well, it is now October and I have yet to receive my refund. What a lesson in how NOT to run a business. He provided terrible service, then blamed the customer for his problems and lied about giving me a refund he never intended to honor. There are better limousine services out there that charge less money. Don't use this shoddy company! Pros: nice drivers Cons: see review more
