WORST EVER!!! Repaired the initial problem, broke a very expensive part inside car and didn't even tell me. When I noticed it basically told me oh well that isn't uncommon and wouldn't fix it?!? Got very confrontational and loud when I stopped in. Kept stepping towards me until I literally backed all of the way out of the shop. This guy is not right and has the worst customer service skills I've ever witnessed! I had to spend another $250 somewhere else to have dash fixed. Don't go here! more

I have been taking my audi here for awhile, my suspension was making noise and I needed a new throttle body, and I asked the owner to check the condition of the clutch and transmission also. So 15000 dollars later I got my car back and he said I have alot of miles left before I needed a new clutch or transmission. He also said he replaced a part of the suspension but the part that was making the noise was only rusty and didn't need replacing. \r This is where it starts getting interesting... \r When I got my car back it felt as if their was an entirely different transmission in the car and the car stalled a few times while I was driving it and less than a month later it stalled with a loud banging noise and coolant was leaking everywhere. I took it in and he said I needed a new clutch and flywheel. He called once to see if he should start working on it, and nobody answered so he didn't leave a message or call back for a week. Well two weeks after that I got my car back and it's overheati more

Broke more on the car once they started working on it and denied it. Tried to lock me out of building when I came to confront them about damage. I never raised my voice once, but Nick screamed irrational things at me. Seriously, it was like I was in some wierd dream sequence. Who operates a business like that? Don't go here! Go to Matt's in Tosa instead. Pros: None to be found Cons: Everything from service to the irrational owner! more

Go anywhere else instead! \r \r Had to take my car to another mechanic to repair work done my Jason's Imports. New mechanic told me I had been taken to the cleaners by Jason's imports. more
