Good: Dr. Muldoon is knowlegeable, thorough, kind, caring: the perfect family care practitioner. I would not want to go anywhere else, and have happily referred others to him over the last 13 yrs. I wish he were in another practice.. Bad: To say the administration and office staff are horrible would be an understatement. Over the last few years, the staff has become less personable and courteous. The Admin has put up barriers to patient/doctor communication beginning with the phone system. Recently the internal message system has changed so that messages from patients are dumped into a computer file where they sit for days without an answer. There is no one to address complaints to.. Improvements: Replace the staff with people who care. Establish a patient feedback system empowered to take action to remedy shortcomings. Improve both external and internal communications. Respond promptly to patient messages.. Other: Whoever manages this practice should take a hard look at the part of their web-page statement promising "exemplary patient care." The practice is far from their stated goal.. more

My husband attends this group of doctors for his primary care appoiintments. We have been very satisfied with their expertise. They were able to tell him that he had a small patch of shingles, which kept him from getting a severe or even moderate case of it. We were very thankful that he did not have to endure that pain. They told him that when he went in for a different health question. He has seen them a few times and they have been decently proactive in taking care of whatever issues he may be having at that particular time. We feel confident that these doctors know what they are doing. more
