I often ordered take out from Jannie's for various occasions, family birthdays, dinners, etc. I noticed that not only with each time was the quality of food going down, but items would either be missing or sent incorrectly. One example is when I ordered a Japanese noodle dish with shrimp. It was delivered to me without shrimp. When I called I was told I would receive a credit of that item or they could send the driver back with just a container of shrimp. But it would take a while. Geeeee how nice of them! I chose the credit and I ordered again, why I don't know... but I did. And I asked that instead of the same noodle dish would they replace with a quart of shrimp fried rice, a dish $3 cheaper than the original. ""No problem the woman said."" Upon receiving my order, instead, she had replaced the item with the tiny piny size! When I called again she said since I didn't receive the shrimp the first time a tiny size fried rice should cover it.
