So I worked at this venue for almost a year. The crowd started off quite good but as the rest of the promoters moved on I had to carry the flag on my own. Though the owners and managers were clueless on how to run a club the did have some pull for a-list celebs there. I met Gerad Butler, Dwayne Wade, Jessica Simpson, Nicole Scherzinger and a bunch of other celebs here. Most nights were fun, security was always over the top. They were just way too aggressive for the laid back crowd. Eventually what was a solid A-B list list crowd turned into a Latin crowd with a cover charge and extremely low bottle service specials which gave way to the random fights, over crowd and visits from the Fire Marshall. I loved the concept of the Victorian house but the interior was just horrible. and bathrooms were in adequate. Right after I stopped promoting the venue, the venue closed for business. I heard it has been re-opened as a local bar and special events venue??? yea right. New clubs opens in Hollywood all the time.
