James mark cut my hair too short I asked for bangs that flowed he cut them straight across and I look like my mother put a bowl over my head and gave me a bowl cut . I've NEVER had this bad of a hair cut I want to sit and cry and now I'm going to have to spend another 80 $ at another salon trying to get it fixed or even salvaged . I asked for four inches to be cut off and he cut off 8 ..... What kind of math is he using . What unit of measurement is he familiar with. Let down, butchered, angry, sad, and just plain disgusted by this salon the service and above ll else this condemned Dorothy hamil that I am now cursed to live with till by some miracle it grows quickly! Bad bad bad bad!!!
