Dr. Thompson and his staff are great! He is very good at easing my worries and making me feel better. The only thing is that most of Shreveport must feel the same way, because it's sometimes hard to get an appointment and I don't think they take walk ins, which can be frustrating when you are sick. They take most insurance companies and will file your claim for you. They have plenty of parking and a spacious waiting room so you are not sitting right next to other people who are under the weather. I don't plan on changing doctors anytime soon!
