Called to repair an icemaker. Never gave an initial estimate but began working on the water inlet valves. Rather than replace the 2 valves ($20-$40/valve) he spent 3 hrs at $80/hr cleaning the valves and repairing a line which he personally broke. Yes, he billed me for repairing the line HE broke. After $270 in the fridge and a still unknown repair on the ice machine he wanted to charge me another $250 to install a new ice machine which he stated may/may not be needed. Called him the next am stating the unit was not producing ice. He refused to come back, wont take calls, and will hang up on me - uncalled for and rude!. He will not stand behind his work. I ordered the part, installed it myself, and the unit still doesnt get water or produce the ice. I will see him in small claims court. WARNING - do not do business unless you want to spend a lot of time and money - BEWARE!
