Kenmore is fortunate to have one of the few independent tailors in the north end. She is friendly, personable, and will work with you to achieve what you want. She made a jacket for me, just like a favorite one I had had for years, using the old jacket as a pattern -- it was perfect! I could not have bought a new one for the very reasonable price she gave me and that included two fittings. I have no reservations in recommending Jalli for all your tailoring needs. She also creates beautiful, original, handmade greeting cards -- I bought two! more

Jalli is a wonderful lady! She has hemmed many pairs of jeans, sleeves and relined a leather coat all to my ultimate satisfaction. Along with her great service she creates beautiful cards that decorate the window and walls of her shop. more

I was referred by a friend to this lady. I brought a pair of expensive jeans and another pair of pants. I tried my jeans on when I got home and started crying! She had cut the jeans entirely too short and on top of my high water jeans, they were uneven!! I am no expert but I know a f--up when I see it! I brought them back to her and explained that they were too short and I was upset because the jeans were expensive, she acted as if it wasn't her fault. She continues to act like it was my fault the jeans were messed up because she altered them perfectly. I tried them on for her and she goes on to say that this never happens but her policy is ... Why would she have a policy if it NEVER happens? I was upset and just wanted the expereince to be over. She ended up paying me for the jeans, but somehow I ended up $20 in the hole. Watch out for her she will ruin you clothes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: Don't waste your time or clothes!! more
