I’m sorry. I don’t get it. I really don’t understand what is so great about this restaurant. Everyone, I mean everyone told me to go here because I truly enjoy tapas. So, I took my father and his girlfriend there expecting to have this fantastic meal. Boy, were we disappointed. First off, we ordered a pitcher of Sangria. This “pitcher” was the smallest pitcher I ever saw Sangria come in. It was more like a carafe. Plus, the Sangria was very weak, and I didn’t appreciate paying $18.00 for fruit juice. The food was very greasy and tasted sub par. The waiters did not know what table which orders went to, so they simply interrupted each and every conversation to mutter, “This yours?” The service was bad. The drinks were bad. The food was bad. Maybe the Jaleo in Bethesda is different, but trust, me, the one in Arlington is not the place you want to go for a fun, tasty dinner.
