I am under 30 and had a lump on my breast; Dr. Jacobs and his staff ensured I got an MRI and biopsy the same day after my mammogram and ultrasound. Bellevue Medcial Imaging staff are caring and my procedures were quick. I will come back. more

I had an appointment scheduled for a 20 week ultrasound. It's a low risk pregnancy and this ultrasound is the same routine exam that any pregnant woman would have during her pregnancy. When my husband and I arrived at Bellevue Medical Imaging, we were told that nobody except the patient were allowed to attend the ultrasound. So they asked my husband to wait in the waiting room during the exam. We refused to do so and decided to look for another provider. The only response we were given was that it is "the protocol at Bellevue Medical Imaging not to allow any visitor in the exam room". What disappoint me the most is the lack of communication upfront. Should we have known this we would never have wasted our time there. more

This is the most irresponsibly managed front office and tech administration! They (all the people who answer the phones) mishandle requisitions for xray and mri. They told me they don't have my requisitions even though these have been faxed over by the doctors office (I was there when it was faxed and called in). They do not fax over the report which makes it difficult for the doctor to know if I actually went to my appointment. I waited for 2 weeks and when I called my doctor's office, they contacted Bellevue Medical Imaging and was told they were going to fax the report. I was in the office, and we waited. I rescheduled for the next day. Still no report. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS IMAGING OFFICE!! more

Delayed in getting reports, more than 3 days for 10minutes work. I didn't feel good customer support. more

I've been here twice, and each time they tell me I need a bunch of additional tests. typically, these are not necessary. I won't go back. more

Good: Nothing actually. Bad: Dr Jacobson found cancer in my mammogram and became very insistent, but unclear on further tests. I got limited answers to my questions and the costs. I was able to talk to my regular doctor and she handled the communications with BMI. However, what finally go me to write this review was that they quoted me "not much, just a few hundred dollars" for the ultrasound and I'm now looking at an $1800 bill!. Improvements: Written estimates on all procedures being done, they billed me for 2 different procedure codes for each one that I received. Much clearer and detailed communication with patients.. more

Probably more information than anyone needs to know about me, but I recently had to go in for a baseline mammogram. At the recommendation of a friend, and after being told I couldn't get in for 2 months at the Evergreen Breast Center, I scheduled and appointment at Bellevue Medical Imaging. Mammograms are certainly not something one looks forward to; however, the staff at BMI seems to "get it." They do everything with care and compassion. They even warm the cover-up drapes for you so you're not putting on some cold piece of cloth. By far, though, the best thing about this place is that the radiologist gives you your results before you go. No sitting around for weeks waiting, wondering and worrying.
