Jack's Pizza

I recently moved to West Indy,I used to visit the Jack's in Washington Commons(E.Washington street)So I visited this Jack's and I paid with a credit card and the lady who took my order said,""the address didn't match""so the card didn't go through.So she advised me to go to an ATM,which I did.So when I got there she goes,""Oh,the card went through"".but she still charged me for the pizza.So she said,""We will put the money back on there,it takes 3 days""..So My wife and I have been back 3 times trying to get our money back.But to no avail.This Jack's does Bad Business. more

The 1st time I ordered from Jack's, I had never heard of it. It was and still is the BEST pizza I have ever had. After that, when I still lived in IN, I refused to eat any other pizza. Now that I live in VA, I try new places all the time, but there has never been a better pizza place than Jack's. When I go back to IN to visit, it's the only place I eat. The pizza I order is the same every time: thin crust, pepperoni, black olives, and banana peppers. The sauce & provolone cheese is what I think makes it so great. I also like the way they cut it: squares. When I got the large pizza, I would eat well over half of the pizza in one sitting & I'm a bit of a calorie counter. It's THAT good more

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I've ate there twice. And both times I order the ""Around The World"" no anchovies, no black olives, but every thing else. OMG that's good pizza I normaly make my own pizza at home but any time I am in Indy. Some buddy name Chrisv made a bad reveiw I read but they sounded like a drama queen trying to make the worst of a bad situation that their bad outlook probly started. But honestly it was great pizza. ;) more

I Stayed in Indianapolis at a local Hotel. I ordered a pizza from Jacks Pizza. I was told I would get the pizza in 25 min. Over an hour later my pizza arrived. \r \r When I took a bite of the pizza, I literally spit it out.\r It was disgusting, and tasted like garlic. I tried, but could not even eat any of the pizza. The Crust looked like a frozen pizza crust on one of those cheap pizza;s that you would buy at walmart .\r \r The Next Morning I called Jacks Pizza, and left a message for the oweners. I was assured that I would get a call back, but no call was returned.\r \r I then called later that evening, and spoke to a manager, who interrogated me like a crimminal, and went as far a saying that he was going to call the hotel, where I stayed at to see if I liked the Pizza or not.\r \r In My Opinion, he had terrible customer service skills.\r \r The Owner would never call me. They seemed to not give a damm. \r \r I called another Jacks Pizza Store, and they said that the franchise was sold, that Jack had died and there was no oversight.\r \r The other store manager told me that they broke up, in part due to the poor customer service and complaints.\r \r I would not eat there for any reason what so ever.\r \r They got about $ 15.00 of my money, and will never see another dime of my money again.\r Cons: Frozen Pizza Crust, Terrible Taste, Poor Customer Service more

I order Jacks pizza, from this location at least once a week. They are very friendly, the pizza comes on time, fresh, warm and delicious.\r \r I special order my pizza to my liking and they have yet to mess it up! Keep up the good work!\r \r The delivery people are clean and proffesional, and to me that means alot.\r \r They have daily specials that i encourage everyone to ask about, they also have awesome sides and all this at a fair price, and their pizza sauce is unique, i am very picky and i just LOVE it.\r \r I just cant say enuff about the place, its a must try. Jacks pizza has been here for many years and i hope to enjoy for many more to come. Its become a family icon of mine.....just ask my kids!\r \r Lots of happy faces here,\r Your westside friends!!
