my experience wasnt bad by any means, but they are a very busy place. the associate even stated that its hard to give that one on one attention to all customers just because they are so busy. they did however know all that was entailed about what my insurance would cover and how to save me money. i do know my policy, but it was nice that they did too.
Pros: more convienent hours,they accept almost all insurance cards
Cons: the ratio for customer vs associate was too much
