I was in the home remodel business years ago and this was my 3rd personal residence remodel. My dealing with JF DaPra was a nightmare from midway through to the end. I will never completely recover from the monetary loses. It was way beyond lack of service and quality. Total and complete incompetence is close, but does not tell the whole story. My new puppy is not potty-trained yet, so he has accidents quite frequently. I have used some pet urine removal products and nothing seemed to be working. You responded immediately, promptly worked up a detailed estimate, negotiated the details with us, and then did the job right on schedule and with superb workmanship. Your team repaired the sub-roof, replaced damaged wood in our floor, replaced drywall in our ceiling and wall, and then did exemplary finish work. Your men cleaned up beautifully each day and were a delight to have working in our home. I even learned a couple of tricks about masking and painting on textured walls! I recently worked with Jim DaPra and J.F. DaPra Inc. on a project. The project involved a complicated water-damage situation involving settlement of and damage to several structures. There were also complicated insurance issues presented. I found Mr. DaPra to be knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, and most of all, professional in his handling of both the negotiations with the insurance company and consturction of the repairs of the structures and underlying foundation. Mr. DaPra's efforts were integral to the successful culmination of both the negotiations with the insurance carrier and effectuation of the repairs.
