I had the worst customer service of my life at this location. My sister highly recommended their iced white mocha, so i thought i would give it a try. The first time i went to this location, i walked in all excited to try my new drink and the guy told me they were closed. With my sad face i walked back to my car only to realize that they weren't supposed to close for at least another 5 minutes, not to mention that the door was wide open. Well, a couple weeks later i decided to give the store another try, BIG mistake. The owner was coughing while making drinks, and yelling at a trainee every two seconds, making me very uncomfortable. A customer before me said she ordered an iced version of her drink and the owner asked her if she said iced, the customer said she supposed not, and the owner said next time say iced and let her walk away. Because i had such a bad experience, i called the store to make a complaint and again encountered more rudeness, i asked for a phone number to someone above the owner and was told i could go yelp if i wanted to. well i didn't know what yelp was at the time so i looked up the corporate number and made my complaint. Little did i know they would give her my number and that she would call and instead of apologizing make excuses, call me rude in many ways and say never to come back to her store, when i tried to respond, she hung up on me! I will never go back to this location and i don't wish anyone else to be subjected to the kind of awful experience i encountered.
