The only reason I went to this place was because my son-in-law got me a gift certificate for my birthday. Yes, the place is clean, but the staff was very rude and unfriendly. I was not able to get an appointment for a Saturday, then they called me back and gave me someone's else slot because that person had cancelled their appointment. My pedicurist, Mia, was sort of friendly but she seemed rushed throughout my whole pedicure. She pushed me into deciding which pedicure I should get because there was only so much time she has to do my pedicure. The employees there are on a timely paid schedule, she explained. I wanted to speak to a manager before I left, but she was not available. I asked to have her phone number and they refused to give it to me. I would never come back nor would I recommend this place to any of my friends and family. The prices are just ridiculously high for such crappy job.
