Great Small Destination 7/15/2008

Amazing place. YOu will not believe the units in this resort. The spa/ pool is fantastic. There is a gas grill for everyone's use. The cabanas on the beach are included. Other resorts charge $$$ for those. The decor in the units is very up to date and fresh. the murphy bed in the living room is pretty cool too. There is a Publix and Winn Dixie in walking distance (for those in shape anyway). You will really like this one. The 1 star missing is for the parking. The lot is very small and tight... there is plenty of free parking just a block away but that isn't the same as plenty of onsite parking. other than that this place is amazing. I will be back every year now. I think this was a very good purchase. Pros: its all here and included. Even in suite laundry. leave the quarters home Cons: limited / tight parking more

Friendly place on the beach 8/21/2007

We liked it so much we went back six weeks later. The one bedrooms all have a porch overlooking the water. You are really on the beach. There is a large hot tub, almost the size of a small pool. Because there are only 15 units, it is very friendly and quiet. We found it very relaxing. You get to meet the other people very easily as they are all sitting at the tables around the hot tub. They provide cushions for the chaise lounges on the beach. Across the street and a block away is the Candy Kitchen, with home made ice cream and a giant sundae for $3.50. There is only one parking spot per unit, but you can get a pass to park down the street at the church except for Sundays, but you can also park at their other resort a few miles away. Small, adequate kitchen, grills outside. Pros: Sit on the balcony looking down at the beach Cons: Only one parking spot per unit onsite more
