He showed my customer several different alternative brands, gladly and fully answered any questions, then walked them through the production process. Introduced to ICT via Lowes in Hurst, Tx. Had a simple idea of replacing existing countertops in Kitchen and Bath with upgraded style and colors. From the begining I have had one issue after another, from missed appointment times to inconsistant information. more

I am a designer who brought a client to Irving Countertop. As a professional in an industry where referrals are our lifeline. I was very disappointed to find out that Irving Countertop doesn't honor this system. And when I addressed this with the owner he rudely offered to pay me a referral fee and then bill my client. I will only make the mistake of using this company once. more

We just had our granite counters about a week ago, and even though it took a couple extra days, of which i was informed up front, because they have so many granite jobs right now, and i can see why, the look stupendous! I can't wait to redo the bathrooms next! They installed the tops without any problems :) more

We took 3 countertops that we had originally purchased from them years ago to have new ones made. Real simple, measure the old ones and cut 3 new ones the same. First time they only measured one countertop and cut 3 that size, problem is all 3 are different. Second time they cut they did not cut the lip correctly, third time after we were insistent to carefully measure and cut, I get them back and they were not measured correctly again! We go there the fourth time and the owner says he is not cutting them and will charge us a fee if he has to. 2 cuts have to be made and he says he is done with us, his exact words. Coutertops have to be cut presisely, these were off by 1/4"" and the wood shows when we install them, one can't even fit back in the window sill. They did the measurements wrong, they did a rush sloopy job on them, and I highly insist that everyone use someone else for countertops. more

I ordered laminate countertops for two condominiums. I was told it would take 2 weeks for the counters to come in. At the end of week two, I had not heard a thing from ICT, so I called them several times and kept receiving assurances of ?soon? but could not get them to commit to an exact day/time. Finally, almost 4 weeks later they came to install. One unit went reasonably well, although the wet bar area counter was cut incorrectly and needs to be reinstalled. This unit is the one I live in so I was there the entire time they were installing. I had to keep a very close eye on them the whole time though. For example, they started caulking with white caulk instead of an almond color that suited the colors better. I had to ask them to use another color - which they had in the truck but would have continued using white if I hadn?t stopped them. There was a leak under my sink that I had to point out to the plumber that he would have left there if I didn?t say anything. The error in the wet bar counter would never have been mentioned. I had to find it on my own?good thing it was obvious and easily spotted. more
