Everyone I encountered at Inver Grove Honda took care of my requests, it was obvious the customer is most important. When the day comes that I need a another car, I will definitely call Jamie. more

John is a very good employee 6/30/2011

I was in the market for a used minivan however I wasn't entirely sure which brand was the best fit for my family. John was very professional and was very knowledgable in all brands of vechicles whiched help greatly in find the right fit. I recommend Inver Grove Honda and John if you are considering purchasing a vehicle. more

Mr. McCorkel was very professional and was very knowledgable in all brands of vechicles whiched help greatly in find the right fit. So much fun, and nice too 6/6/2011

My wife and I were interested in a particular automobile model, but had yet to physically check one out. Our sales person took us directly to the models that had our interest. She explained features for which we were unaware, and offered a test drive even though we had no commitment. We thought about her sales offer for a couple days, pondering colors. Knowing that we were interested in a color with limited availability, she held the last one available for us, just in case we did commit. I will return to this dealer for my next vehicle purchase, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good car shopping experience. more

Wonderul Customer Service 5/24/2011

The customer service is great and you get a complimentary car wash with pretty much any service. They pull your car right up to the exit from the lounge and you're good to go!! I definitely suggest them for any honda work you have to get done!!! more

Great Waiting Area 5/19/2011

Ever since moving to the twin cities and finding this place, it's where my girlfriend and I have been going to get all the work done on our Honda Fit. The first thing you notice when taking your car to be serviced there is the 3 drive in garage doors where you pull right up to the desks of the workers, it keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They have a great lounge area while you're waiting for the service to be finished, even a play area for kids. more

GREAT DEALER 1/21/2011

I bought a new Honda for my daughter in Minnesota via the internet and telephone from another city. I first dealt with Jamie Kohn, by email and phone, and she was very helpful. Later, I dealt with Chad Henkels, also by email and phone, who arranged all the details of the sale. I was very impressed by their great attitude, helpfulness, and diligence. They were responsive to my questions and concerns and the sale went very smoothly in a matter of a few days. I highly recommend this dealer. more

When we were ready to buy he was all ready for us and had our new van detailed and ready to go when we drove up. Good Customer Service 12/15/2010

Jamie went above and beyond good customer service...he was fantastic. The car was in the delivery bay when I arrived to pick it up. He had previously walked me through the features and went over the basics again. He explained the differences between buying vs. leasing. This was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Jamie to others! more
