Worst group of people I've ever dealt with. They are rude and condescending. I acknowledge what I've done and understand that the first offender program mandates the IID. These people barely speak english and from what you can understand you'll notice the condescending tone. Find another government endorsed scam to deal with because Interstate Interlock is the worst. The ""good"" review they have is most likely from an employee (notice the positive reviews: one in English and the other in spanish). Read the majority of the reviews, much more realistic. more

I had got my first DUI and had to have a IID installed in my car. I called there office and the girl I spoke to was so helpful, she set it up where the guy came out to my house to install for FREE!!!!! The installed was Jamie, he treated my car as if it were his own and did a great job installing it. When my monthly calibration came I went to the service center in Salinas and Ray is the manager there and he is AWESOME. he got me in and out in about 5 min. I highly recommend this place and if I ever have to do it again I would go back to them. Thanks Interstate your the best. more

ATTN: Do not use this company. These people are rude, incompetent jerks who will treat you horribly. They are obviously the DMV rejects or people fired from DMV. Imagine your worst day at the DMV and this is the type of service you will get at this company. This was out of the milpitas location, and I can't imaging anything better coming out of their other locations. I'm grateful I am done with them and having the device removed from my vehicle was a relief, not due to the device, but due to the company I unfortunately chose. Please go elsewhere.\r more

This is my first time posting anything.\r \r Interstate Interlock. The rudest, most inept, condescending, vapid human beings you?ll deal with (at HQ) and the guy that installs the units in Milpitas is a THUG. \r I had this device in my car for THREE years and although I take full responsibility for my actions and why a judge ordered it there (I 100% deserved it), did SEVENTY DAYS of community service, paid my $75 per month to rent this thing I still was treated with absolutely no respect whatsoever after THEY made some incredible errors that cost me full days off of work towards the end. This woman at HQ named Jennifer refused to admit that they had sent me to Milpitas from SF mid-week days early by mistake and instead, with the most condescending, vapid, horrid tone imaginable advised me that I should begin to take responsibility for my actions. She also advised me ""not to go home and get drunk over this"". First of all, by speaking with this completely horrid human being after being a client for THREE years is, in itself is the very personification of ""taking responsibility for my actions"". Do you think you need to be abused, belittled and yelled at by the people you pay for their services? There is a lot more to this story but I digress. Suffice to say these people are completely miserable, overcharge you, fee you like mad at the end $50 to remove it (it takes no more than 2 minutes after you've paid $75 a month for years. I beg you to find an alternative for these people. If you do for some reason need to get one of these devices please do it ANYWHERE else. Unfortunately, I will never, ever forget this Jennifer woman (Satan) that works there and the incredibly ruthless, horrible things she said. I am certain that the ol ""don?t go home and get drunk over this"" is something she says to many of her frustrated customers. It?s a real gem Jennifer, think before you belittle people that have paid so very dearly with time, fortunes and tears.\r Pros: None. Cons: EVERYTHING. I have never, ever been treated so poorly. Run from these people, you have been through enough. more
