the INTERBELT was the first club i went to when i move back to ohio. i was living in cleveland and we would drive to the club every weekend. the club is very well know for there theme parties and they really know how to rock it out. the newest thing to the club is they have there own foam machine to meet the demands of the patrons request for the party. they are open 6 days a week , closed on tuesday. mondays night is akrons biggest night out with dj skotty k playing the best r&b-top 40's around (better known as HIP-HOP), danyel vasquez(miss ohio entertainer of the year) and her monday guests are awesome. they just started about 4 months ago on wednesday nights- LADIES NIGHT with a wet t-shirt contest for the ladies and for the men that show up a wet boxer short contest upon the top stage under the shower. there is no cover on Sunday (except for special events) ,wednesday, thursday, friday there is NO COVER, THURSDAYS is the Hip-Hop ~ Hair & Heels Revue with Danyel Vasquez, Fridays is the 80's Flashback with Dj S. Steele from Cleveland, 4.00 Long Island Ice Teas. Saturdays are Billboard Magazine Report Dj Mike Lowrys night to take you on a journey with the new club high n-r-g- music and light show specialist -Jason, keeping everyone in Aw! with his lazer- Mobolazer - so i highly recomend you go to akron best for everything, the interelt nite club more

The Interbelt is the place to go for gay nightlife in Akron. I once saw the bar described by The Cleveland Scene as the "gay boy bar with attitude" and that pretty much sums it up. Each night generally has a theme and a varying cover charge (almost always never exceeding $7 except on big theme party nights).
