Instantly Whiter

I was encouraged to double the recommended time for the whitening. She told me that I may experience some "tingling" on my lips. When I got home my lips began to swell. They swelled to twice their size so I called Jennifer. She emailed that I must have had an "allergic reaction". I have had teeth whitening before and never experienced anything like this. My lips blistered and peeled several days later confirming my suspicions that my lips were burned. I emailed and called several times and my calls and emails were ignored. Since I had this done just before leaving on vacation I had to cancel some activities that would be too uncomfortable to do.(Snorkeling) Would never use again especially since my concerns were ignored. more

Just had my teeth done recently and I'm 4 shades lighter. My teeth look beautiful :) Of course, I DID NOT have tetracycline stains, which I understand are very difficult to lighten. I am very nervous about the teeth whitening process so it took me a while to find the right person and method. I would definitely go back. My teeth are brighter and Jennifer was very professional and explained everything in detail. She also made sure I was in a very relaxed setting before starting.
