Insight Diagnostic Ctr

Doctor scheduled my MRI through Insight Imaging. I had never utilized their services and went prepared for the traditional wait time. I was pleasantly surprised! I walked in and signs directed me to check-in via computer which was extremely user-friendly. Within a couple of minutes, I was called to the front desk and greeted by the most pleasant receptionist!! Once finished with required paperwork, I sat waiting for only a very short time before I was called back for the MRI. The technicians were very personable and knowledgeable and explained my procedure thoroughly. I was totally prepared for the MRI and had no qualms about anything. The appointment, from beginning to end, lasted approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and was a very pleasant experience. Would I go back? In a heartbeat!! more

Scheduled for a pelvic sonagram today. I showed up 20 minutes early as requested. I drank the requested 36 ounces of water, held in bladder for good imageing. My appt. time was 1:15. I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes after my scheduled time had come and gone. I had to go to the bathroom. The receptionist said I could go a little, and then replace it with more water. No problem I thought so I went to the lobby bathroom, and couldnt wait to put tp on the seat as I usually do, sat down on a toilet seat drenched with urine, as well as the floor. Painfully I held my bladder as minute by minute passed. I was not seen until 2pm. The pressure from the external sonagram pushing on my bladder was aweful. The technician let me go to the toilet. The receptionist and technician were sympathetic to my long wait and did get me seen. Its now 6:19 at night and I am still going to the bathroom although my last drink of water was at 12:45 and I have a terrible pain now in my abdomen. I recommend that you make sure you will be seen at the scheduled time. Pros: The technician was quick. Cons: Im not sure if my bladder is ok yet. more
