INNOVATIVE FITNESS SOLUTIONS is a strength & conditioning facility dedicated to improving human performance. What we do is a hybrid of weightlifting, gymnastics, track & field, and strongman training rolled into one. Our classes and one-on-one sessions are designed to help anyone and everyone improve their fitness. Regardless of your age, gender, experience, or ability we can help you. The coaches and members here make the atmosphere at our facility fun and engaging, and the exercises we do will make a difference in your life.
Think it's not for you? Our members are housewives, firefighters, retirees, students, marathoners, medical professionals, rugby players, aspiring strongmen, young, old, big, small, experienced, and beginners. There is no reason that you shouldn't try us out.
WHAT WE ARE NOT: We are not a "GloboGym" as depicted in the movie "Dodgeball". Here, you will not find treadmills, elliptical machines, tanning beds, televisions, mirrors, "fitness equipment" that requires being seated, or anything else that wastes your time.
JIU JITSU: We offer a nightly Jiu Jitsu class Monday through Friday at 7 PM. The instructors are also available for private instruction by appointment.
