What a great store 10/21/2010

I love contemporary furniture and Inform has it. I was visiting Seattle and found great Royal Botania outdoor items here that I had only seen online. Allison made it possible for the items to be shipped from the factory directly to me on the east coast. She really went out of her way to help us make decisions on sizes, colors, etc. I have only the highest praise for this experience--constant updates and attention to my order. more

Not so Hot 6/2/2009

Good assortment of quality product and major lines but looks cluttered. Very similar to the store by the same name in Vancouver, Canada. Confrontations by staff aren't pleasant to see while shopping. One woman is abrasive. more

Alison rocks at this store. She is a great resource for all kinds of design questions, and I never fail to be amazed and amused at this store. The best shop along Western Avenue for great furnishings for your home. more
