Appointment too short 4/15/2011

I paid for a 45 minute facial, but I was in and out in 20 minutes. Maybe because I was the last of the evening and everyone wanted to go home. But I will not be coming back. Paying $80.00 for 20 minutes is outrageous! more

Great massage, odd transaction 4/14/2011

Got a great massage. Tried to pay with a gift card and had a mix-up w/the cashier. She charged my credit card instead of the gift card. So now I feel like a heel for not tipping (the gift card was tip included) and got a surprise on my credit card bill. Anyway, I'm sure it was a freak thing. But if you're using a gift card, make sure you bring the actual card. Otherwise, they don't appear set up to do the transaction w/computer only. more

Spray tan 4/4/2011

Reviews are always great for feed back. I wasn't happy w my spray tan. Unfortunately My spray tan experience wasn't what I hoped for. Your staff was awesome and accommodating so please don't think it had anything to do w service. In my opinion service was %100. The tan was disappointing. I couldn't explain why. I know my skin was blotchy. My feet looked terrible. I had speckles on my arm which looked like freckles. I waited a good day to shower so the tan would have time to sit. I exfoliated before like I was told. With that being said, this wasn't the result I hoped for. Especially for the price. I normally use a product called Fake Bake. It is a good product, looks even and stays on for a couple days. I was hoping for an even tan all over this time. I also thought I would try a spray tan so I wouldn't need to clean up a mess. I thought I would try this out for my birthday wk end in Vegas. This was my first and last spray tan. I hope this review was helpful. Joyce more

Best experience ever!!! I am some what of a message snob... I get one ever week...... But this facial blew all those messages out of the water. Loved my facial, relaxing, and refreshing. The spa is great, and the staff is the best!!! Can't wait to go again. more

Wonderful 4/1/2011

What a wonderful secret nestled in Long Beach. I was pleasantly surprised, with a peaceful atmosphere, clean rooms and knowledgeable staff. I've done very high end spas in the past, and Indulgence rates right up there with them. Thank You Indulgence Spa for one of the best spa days (massage & facial) I've had in a long time. You're all the best! more

Professional yet warm and friendly 4/1/2011

I find that each time I go I am greeted by friendly and calm atmosphere. The staff is friendly, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I had a problem once but they addressed it and it has never been a problem since. Now the only problem I have is chosing which staff I want to get treatment with since they're all so good. more
