Bad Idea 10/22/2008

I was going to take my dog here for some teeth work because Heard Dr. Gaddis can do braces and the such. After the bad attitude at the desk, I turned and ran. There is no way I will put up with that. If they treat me bad, what do they do to my dog? If I were you, I would run too. Pros: Told Dr. Gaddis has done some great dental work Cons: Everyone else at the front desk. more

Could be better. Could be worse. 9/4/2007

Doctors: Pros: Knowledgable doctors Cons: Inconsiderate staff more

Nightmare Staff 2/13/2007

Dr. Gaddis seems to be a average vet but his staff is a nightmare. They rude, unhelpful, and just down right mean. I was referred to Dr. Gaddis through a friend. (She also has had the same problems with the staff) The first time I went the receptionist was talking to another staff person about a customer and not in a good way at all. After clearing my throat they both looked at me and continued to talk badly about this person. (using words I would not repeat here) After about 3 mins I just asked if I needed to sign in or anything they both looked at me like I had something hanging from my nose and answered in a snotty NO. Things just got worse. I soon left and took my business elsewhere. My dog became very sick and I called and asked for my records to be faxed to his new vet and they said no. There were too many pages. I asked how many pages there were and she said she didn?t know. ??? (I mean how many pages could there be I only went there 2 times) I explained that my dog was really very sick and my new vet needed a history and she said ?sorry?. I finally had my new vet to call and request the records and they said they would have to get permission from Dr. Gaddis but he wasn?t in and wouldn?t be there for the next 3 days. My new vet again explained that the dog was very ill and if they could just read off the history to him. They said again they would have to get permission from Dr. Gaddis but he wasn?t in and wouldn?t be there for the next 3 days. I never got the records. I called and left message after message for Dr. Gaddis to call me and he never did. Of course I figured he never got the message. I sent him a letter explaining what had happened and I am sure he never got the letter. Pros: Plenty parking Cons: Everything....scary scary scary place.... more
