Beautiful 6/22/2006

I just recently went to India House to attend a wedding and the place was beautiful. It was set up very nicely and the lighting and the stage were all pretty. The food there was very good and I also saw that there was a restaurant in there for people, other than the party goers, to dine in. One thing that I didn't like, was the that the chair covers were pretty dirty. more

India house is a restaurant and banquet hall in one. along with serving lunch and dinner they also have 2 banquet halls here for every occasion. The banquet halls are charged on the basis or each person and they are beautiful. You can also get a stage set up from India house. They have a great sound system set up around their hall too. Plus, the food is great and if you are throwing a party then you can get food catered in the banquet hall as well. more

Really pretty 5/7/2006

I went here for a friend's wedding. I was so amazed at this place. It's located in a strip mall, so it doesn't look like anything glamorous. But on the inside, it is a very pretty and nicely kept banquet room. They have these pretty lights hanging from the ceiling and a beautiful stage. Their food here is excellent and tastes very authentic. I think the best thing I had here was this grilled, spicy chicken that was served with this spiced up yougurt! YUM! more

Excellent Lunch Buffet 4/15/2006

The lunch buffet at India House is simply the best. It costs less than 10 dollars(pre tax) and offers an enormous selection of starters and large number of North Indian and south Indian curries. The desserts selection is pretty impressive too. For drinks , try the mango lassi. The ambiance is beautiful with a light music in the background and the staff very helpful and friendly more

Best Indian Lunch Buffet I've been to! 8/1/2005

The lunch buffet at India House is FANTASTIC. I've been to many Indian buffets, including many on Devon Ave in the city, and this is by far my favorite. The quality is outstanding, as is the selection. The only thing I wish they had that they do not is samosas! Other than that, it is absolutely divine. I have not been there for dinner, but I go for the lunch buffet very frequently. more

This is a great Indian Restaurant with delicious authentic food. They offer a lunch and dinner buffet; catering services; and also have a large capacity banquet hall for weddings, showers, parties, etc. If you are new to Indian food, they offer 'Special Dinners' which are small taste portions of several different dishes in one plate at less than $15. A food lovers dream! more

India House has great Indian food. It's a little bit on the spicy side but it is amazing. They also have a banquet hall which is very beautiful. There prices are pretty reasonable and they have packages so it makes everything even cheaper. Not only that but you can get food catered from elsewhere if you want, so you have many choices. more
