ALL CARS LOCKED IN GARAGE FOR OVER TEN DAYS!!! 4/16/2011

Over 100 cars are LOCKED IN GARAGE FOR OVER 10 DAYS and still counting! 59 Allen St location. Why? The car elevator is not operating and has not been fixed. They do not answer phones. I must go to the garage to get any updates about getting my car out. What's more, Imperial Parking doesn't contact customers regarding this incredible occurrence, does not update customers on work being done! They are not reimbursing customers for monthly parking either! Stay away! Find another place to park your car! more

Is Your Car is Totally Empty? Mine Wasn't... 12/16/2010

They stole my i-phone when parking my car at the 80 W38th St Imperial Garage. Later I used mobile.me to find my phone. It had been moved to Hartman Ave bet Knickerbocker & Irving in Brooklyn. Imperial's Director of Operations & the local Manager both refused to give POLICE addresses of the 2 guys parking cars, to see who was going home to Brooklyn that night. Nice. Don't park at ANY IMPERIAL GARAGE cause they have the same management and probably trade staff. It feels like legalized stealing when management won't take responsibility. more

Do not use the garages on Manhattan Avenue 7/26/2010

My boyfriend and I tried to use the Imperial garages at 444 and 454 Manhattan Avenue. Their monthly rate is higher than garages in more convenient locations, and the service is truly horrendous. Cons: Overpriced, terrible service more

They hire people off the streets. No parking experience parking. They damage your car, you go file a claim, you get the run around. Worst garage experience ever. Don't do it, or you'll pay for it later. Pros: cheap Cons: you pay the price later... more

worst parking in nyc 5/5/2009

I cant believe I was dumb enough to leave my car with these people. Its my fault, dont let it be yours Pros: overcrowded garages and no one speaks english Cons: really good at banging cars into walls and other cars more
