Image Cleaners

First time needing a dry cleaner since moving here from Chicago and I was in for sticker shock. I had a two piece suit cleaned and a queen size comforter, without any special decorations or fancy material and my bill was >$57! The part that really blew me away was the $26.50 they charged for the suit. This included a weird crease they ironed into one of the lapels and they didn't even bother to fasten up the buttons so it would hang nicely on the hanger. With the exception of same day service as part of a hotel's housekeeping I've been used to a two piece suit costing in the $10-15 range. Needless to say I will be searching for another dry cleaner for the second time. more

I brought in 5 shirts and 2 pairs of pants and when I came to pick it up they had only 1 Shirt and 1 pair of pants for me. Obviously I was a bit concerned but I figured it was probaby just a simple mix up and asked them to try to find it w/in a few days and get back to me. I was never contacted back. I called and visited several times over the course of the next 12 days. I gave them specific descriptions of what I was missing but they admitted to me that they never bothered to ""physically look for my clothes"" only the tickets (which was the source of the problem in the first place). I left several messages for the owner/manager over the 12 day period but he never once got back to me. Everytime i called, at various points in the day, he was convieniently ""not here yet"" or ""left already"" and that he'll call me the next morning. Just because a business is doing well doesn't allow them the right to ignore a customer's issues and hope it goes away. I have filed a formal complaint. Cons: lost most of my clothes more

They actually get the stains out and your clothes don't smell funny. \r My bigest pet peeve is a double crease in my slacks. This is the first cleaners where I have NEVER had a problem with that.
