She did a really good job every one is very nice but when I when to pay the guy charged me for too many nail polishes I payed for two when I only bought one. dont feel like going ...

In spite of the high prices for this salon, I was at a place where I needed an experienced stylist and didn't know many due to being new to the Tulsa area. I've never walked into any salon without a reference to someone but I was desperate for a cut and color. I got lucky because Amber just happened to have a time slot available on the very day that I came in. I truly enjoyed my experience with Amber, her assistant, Matt, and the salon, in general. It's is well organized and strategic in operation and I appreciate that kind of professionalism. I will return and hope that I've found a permanent home for my hair care needs. more

It was such an amazing day. So relaxing and wonderful. Only complaint I would give is there was a bunch of hair in the shower on the drain. That was gross, but I understand that's something that might get overlooked. Overall, great experience. more

Hair always, nails never again. 12/27/2011

I scheduled a nail appointment along with my hair appointment on december 21. My hair went amazingly well. It always does with Lauren Michelle at Utica. She is a wonderful stylist and I hope to have a very long hair relationship with her! However, my nail experience was not great. I was scheduled to have both a manicure and pedicure, but immediately cancelled my manicure after the nail tech had cut me three times around my toes, made little attempt to converse, and leaned on the tub so close to me that her hair dragged across my toes several times. I love coming to the Utica Ihloff, and will continue to be a patron for eyebrow waxing and other hair needs, but I will never get my nails done there again. more

Our visits to Ihloff 12/25/2011

Daniel is fantastic. He is so funny and I receive many compliments on my "expensive" haircut Jennifer is so very nice to my mother every time we come in. I so appreciate her patience and my Mother's hair cut is wonderful. Roger is terrific at the front and makes us so comfortable when we come in. The entire staff is very friendly, polite and helpful more

My experience at Ihloff is always good but this time I was sad because Michael is leaving. So I got my last haircut from him. Unless, of course, I am willing to travel miles and miles and miles for a haircut. ;) more

Hot Rock Massage was AHHHMAZING!! 12/22/2011

Wonderful experience. Complimentary facial was very professional. I received compliments all day and plan on returning to purchase. Hailey did a great job on color/highlights and cut. First time using her and very pleased. more

Setting up the phone appointment was not the best experience and I was confused with what I was going to get and what time I was suppose to be there and where I was going - I also wanted to book a pedicure but the girl on the phone made me think there was not enough time so I did not mention it - however once I arrived and mentioned all this I taken care of. This is one of the nicest salon I have ever been in - if was fun and relaxing and beautiful and everyone was friendly and helpful. It beats the places I have been to in NYC. I am ready for my full day of beauty right after Christmas I am going to schedule. more

Sunni, my stylist, is fantastic. She remembers what I need and what I've requested before and that's priceless. The front desk is always so nice and I'm thankful for that! I can tell improvements have been made over the past year/18 months and I love it. more
