Very personable service 9/9/2006

Pharmacies are one of those things where you either love them or you hate them (but have to put up with them.) It's so personal a service-industry yet one often gets treated like either a pest or a number. Not so with guys at Ideal. I went there for years and they knew me by name; they were accomodating to my sometimes quirky needs and in general, they're just really nice guys. If I hadn't moved I'd keep all our prescriptions there. Prices are good, and they have a small shop with some pretty good homeopathic products & daily-needs stuff. Highly recommended. Pros: good service, good prices Cons: tricky parking, average at best hours. more

Not very friendly 9/9/2006

Maybe it's me, or maybe it's the location but I didn't like this Pharmacy at all! We stopped in to pick up some medications while we were on vacation. The staff watched my daughter and I like a hawk. Maybe there's not much competition in the area, but the two men working there didn't speak to us or make eye contact! I felt very out of place!! When I asked directions to another location, they man just told me "you can't get to there from here". PROS: NONE CONS: Bad service, hard place to pull out of more
