It was a perfectly located hotel with a rooftop pool. Nice staff, standard room. I love this place, I will stay here again. Pros: on the river Cons: pool closed too early

Good downtown location 11/22/2006

We stayed here when looking to move to Jacksonville. Service was good, room and facility was clean and location is good if you're hoping to be downtown. Notice that there are some small breakfast items and coffee available for purchase in the bar if you'd rather not sit down to a full breakfast in the mornings. Pros: Location, service, and cleanliness Cons: Continental breakfast is pricey more

  • In Short
Soon after the first Hyatt hotel opened in Los Angeles in 1957, Hyatt hotels and resorts became known for their dramatic atrium lobbies and their ability to express local flavor. Rooms feature beds with Sealy brand mattresses and down comforters, flat-screen TVs with cable access, wireless Internet, iPod-adaptable alarm clock/radios, Starbucks coffee and Portico bath products. Travelers enjoy the convenience of hotel and airline check-in kiosks, fitness facilities, multiple business centers and ample meeting spaces.
